Liquid Chocolate is the franchisee of DipnDip, an international chocolate cafe chain with over 100 locations around the world. We are looking for a Cafe Service Crew to join our dynamic team as we open the 1st few outlets in Singapore.
The main purpose of the Cafe Service Crew is to greet arriving guests, welcome them into the outlet and seat them. The guest receives their first impression of the service of the outlet by their exchange with the Cafe Service Crew. He/She is vital to delivering a high standard of customer service and engagement for the outlets.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

The job of the Cafe Service Crew may require long working hours and time flexibility

• To provide fast and courteous service to customers.
• Greets customers, escorts them to tables and provide menu and suggestions.
• Inspects cafe’s serving stations for neatness, cleanliness and other supplies for tables and serving stations.
• Observes tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
• Cleans, organizes and stocks menu at designated area.
• Interacts with customers as they leave the outlet to ensure positive dining experience.Assist Outlet Supervisor in ensuring that the cafe operations is run according to company policy.
