Responsibilities Maintain and oversee consistent and accurate inventory Enforce training documents, SOPs, side-work, and cleaning schedules. Hold staff accountable for standards, policies, and non-negotiables. Prepare work schedules, if needed, and preparing replacements. Identify and implement strategies to attract and retain customers. Operate and, if needed, troubleshoot Toast POS system Assist and provide feedback on all marketing programming for the Canteen. Understand all departments and necessary point of contacts for all situations Be an expert in all aspects of the Canteen. Qualifications Qualifications Provide a top-notch customer service to ensure you meet or exceed clients’ expectations. Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent inter-personal skills. Training, motivation and retention of Canteen staff. Ability to lift 30 + pounds Continuous standing and walking throughout work shift. Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position. Food Handler’s license Work Schedule: Full-time position Must have Wednesday and Thursday availability Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - must have weekend, holiday and early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability. Pay: 19/hour + Tip
