Your Role: Shift Lead
As a Shift Lead at Colada Shop, you play a crucial role in bringing our unique Cuban experience to life. You’re not just overseeing the day-to-day operations; you’re creating a welcoming environment, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting our team, and making every guest’s visit memorable. You will:
Lead with Passion: Inspire and guide the team, fostering an environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged.
Drive Excellence & Authenticity: Maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality, ensuring every guest experiences the authenticity of our Cuban cultural offerings.
Operational Management: Efficiently manage the shift’s operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Make an Impact: Be a key player in creating memorable experiences for our guests, contributing to the community vibe, and enhancing the Colada Shop brand.
Embrace and Enhance Our Cubanism Culture: Uphold and convey the Colada Shop ethos, focusing on exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive team environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• Food Protection Certificate preferred.
• ABRA Certified preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work authorization: United States (Required).
