What You’ll Do:
· Lead café shifts with confidence and clarity
· Complete daily opening and closing duties to a high standard
· Assign team roles using Aces in Places and adapt throughout service
· Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints with empathy and speed
· Maintain clear communication and energy across FOH and kitchen teams
· Help coach and train team members on the floor
· Support team development and role progression through real-time feedback
· Ensure safety, hygiene, allergens and legal compliance always
