Adventure Valley, is a play farm park on the outskirts of Durham city. We are the largest family fun park in the north east! We are looking for weekend and holiday staff to work within our café which is located at the heart of our large indoor soft play centre. Also in the shop where the customers start and end their journey. Dealing with ticket sales upon entry and product sales of the shop.
Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and outgoing with an eye for detail and great customer service.
Must be available during School holidays and weekends as we are a seasonal led business. previous applicants please do not apply.
Previous till and customer service experience would also be an advantage.

Daily duties will include:

• Area preparation.
• Making hot drinks using a professional digital machine.
• Till work.
• Serving food and clearing tables.
• customer interaction.
• General housekeeping of the facility.
• Tickets Sales
• Customer Enquiries on phone and in person
