Description Stewards/dishwashers work with cooks, servers, and bussers to maintain kitchen cleanliness and responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and drying all China, glassware, silverware, and other kitchen equipment. Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Clean all kitchen and dining supplies appropriately including handwashing and loading/unloading dishwashing machines Ensure adequate amounts of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are available for use Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dishwashing areas, trash/disposal areas, and soiled linen areas Support back-of-house operations especially pertaining to food quality, safety standards, food rotation, and storage Full-time Employee Benefits: Competitive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) participation Two weeks of paid vacation Employer-paid meals BACKGROUND The Baton Rouge Country Club is a private social club designed to provide its members, their families, and guests an exceptional country club experience.
