  • Proven experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
  • Hands-on ability with brunch and breakfast items (crepes, coffee, light kitchen work) and able to train others.
  • Strong knowledge of brunch trends, food prep, and service standards.
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Confident, reliable, and able to take ownership from day one.
