We are currently looking to fill the position of Full & Part Time Supervisors in our Coffee Shop at our town centre bakery & Coffee House.
As one of our Supervisors, you will be responsible for working with our management team overseeing the day-to-day operations of this busy bakery & Coffee House. This includes managing the team, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in the food and beverage industry, who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You should have strong leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and great attention to detail. A friendly and outgoing personality is a must, as you’ll be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cafe or restaurant preferred
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
