Join Our Team as a Café Supervisor!
We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Café Supervisor to lead from the front. Are you a natural leader who thrives in the heart of the action? Our Café Supervisors are just as comfortable crafting the perfect coffee as they are guiding a team. This is a hands-on role in a vibrant, fast-paced café serving hundreds of guests daily—with warmth, speed, and a smile.
As Café Supervisor, you’ll support and lead the team while actively engaging with guests, preparing drinks and food, and helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous café or hospitality experience; supervisory experience is a strong asset
  • A hands-on leader who motivates and supports the team
  • Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering great service
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with basic math and POS systems; Microsoft Office skills are a plus
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Full driving licence – a strong asset
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly, attentive service to all guests
  • Take orders and prepare beverages and snacks to company standards
  • Keep the café clean and organized, including tables, counters, and equipment
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Open and close the café as required
  • Monitor and restock inventory and supplies
  • Lead and support the café team throughout shifts
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure the café is ready for service
  • Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
