We are seeking a dynamic Café supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our busy café. The ideal candidate will confident, capable and have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess the ability to supervise and direct staff. The shifts will vary but include evening shifts of 1:00pm - 9:00pm
- Supervising café staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Be self motivated and able to manage both busy and quiet periods
- Strong barista skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café
- Proficiency in food safety practices and coffee knowledge
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organisational skills to manage day-to-day café operations efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
