We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality, has a great work ethic, is a customer service superstar and loves working in a small team. Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. At least 2 years experience running a Café and outstanding customer service skills.
Position Description:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer service, coffee making, helping kitchen team whenever needed and customer service will be required of you
- Open and close the space daily
- Lead the team to deliver excellent service to our customers
- Ensure the kitchen and FOH operations run seamlessly
- Maintain ordering and stocktake of the café
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain hygiene, quality and presentation of the Cafe
A little about you:
- Able to work 5 days a week. Must be available on weekends.
- A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Very strong all-round cafe and barista skills
