Responsibilities Maintain and oversee consistent and accurate inventory Engage in weekly meeting with the Food and Beverage Director: delivering reports of café programming, staffing, property maintenance, sales, and any additional information as requested. Actively assist in all employee recruitment, interviews, and onboarding. Create and enforce training documents, SOPs, side-work, and cleaning schedules. Hold staff accountable for standards, policies, and non-negotiables. Prepare weekly work schedules and preparing replacements. Identify and implement strategies to attract and retain customers. Operate and, if needed, troubleshoot Toast POS system Assist and provide feedback on all marketing programming for the Canteen. Be an expert in all aspects of the Canteen. Provide a top-notch customer service to ensure you meet or exceed clients’ expectations. Training, motivation and retention of Canteen staff Qualifications Qualifications Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Ability to lift 30 + pounds Continuous standing and walking throughout work shift Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position Training, motivation and retention of Canteen staff Food Handler’s license Compensation: $20 per hour + tips
Responsibilities
