Working along side current supervisor ,Supervising the day to day running of Autumn Bliss café in the garden centre
Full time employment approximately 40 hours per week over two weeks, with every other weekend off and No evenings.
We are looking for a talented café supervisor with a keen eye for detail. As café supervisor you will work closely with our catering manager to deliver the high standards we expect from our cafes.
This role is a hands on position and you will be leading by example ensuring all duties are carried out in a safe professional manner.

Main duties include:

  • Supervising approximately 6 staff on shift.
  • Responsible for ordering and stock control.
  • Responsible for keeping all relevant health and safety, HACCP, food hygiene certification.
  • Weekly and daily cleaning tasks, making sure they are done to maintain our five star rating
  • Experience with EPOS till systems would be an advantage.
  • Cash handling.

Personal qualities we are looking for, experience of supervising in a busy restaurant. The ability to work well under pressure and to communicate will with people at all levels is essential to ensure a high standard of customer service.
Candidate must be flexible and willing to work over allotted hours if necessary.
Education/qualifications
Food hygiene certificate level 2 and above.
