We’re looking for a full-time Café Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. VENUE OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high service standards, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
• Support the team with coffee-making, service, and general café duties.
• Manage table turnover, service flow, and venue presentation for efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues proactively.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
