We’re looking for a full-time Café Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on team leadership, service flow, and coffee skills – plus a great opportunity for career progression within our growing company.
What You’ll Be Doing

VENUE OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high service standards, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
  • Support the team with coffee-making, service, and general café duties.
  • Manage table turnover, service flow, and venue presentation for efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues proactively.

COMPLIANCE & REPORTING

  • Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support compliance with liquor licensing (where applicable) and food safety.
  • Report venue performance and operational challenges to senior management.
