OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, food production, and leadership, ensuring that our café provides exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead a team effectively. No evenings, shift pattern with be 4 days Thursday through to Sunday

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Background in bartending or beverage management is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for food preparation and an understanding of current culinary trends.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
