The Stable Yard Food Hall are looking for a Supervisor/ Manager that will lead the team in The Stable Yard.
As a Senior Supervisor/Manager, your duties will be running the floor and serving customers to high standards, training and developing staff, ordering stock, managing wastage and stock. Requirements:

• A dynamic individual with previous experience in retail/Cafe supervisory management
• Self Starter and can work independently
• Have a can-do attitude to continually assess the needs of the business
• An excellent communicator with a flexible approach
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Enjoy great food, merchandising, dealing with suppliers, researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products and weekly orderin

• Day-to-day operations and maintaining our high standards
• Staff training and development
• Excellent Customer Service
• Adhering to Health and Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements
• All aspects of stock management: stocktaking, ordering, rotation
• Drive sales and standards in-store
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the premises

• Regularly liaising with staff, management, head office and suppliers
