We are seeking an experienced Cafe supervisor to join our team. We are a cafe based in Glen Waverley.
The ideal candidate should have:
At least 2 years of experience as a Cafe / Restaurant supervisor.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for the coffee culture.
High-standard barista skills on a commercial machine.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, training and development, and performance management.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Should be friendly & approachable & have a good customer attitude.
