Job Purpose We are seeking a polished and service-focused Café Supervisor to support the daily operations of the café within our luxury retail store. This role is essential in maintaining exceptional service standards, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience that reflects the sophistication and values of our brand. The Café Supervisor will lead by example on the floor while supporting the Café Manager in team supervision and service execution What you will be doing Oversee day-to-day café operations, including opening/closing procedures Assist the Café Manager with sales tracking, reporting, and cost control Support implementation of promotions, seasonal menus, and special activations Ensure POS accuracy and cash handling procedures are followed Maintain exceptional cleanliness, product presentation, and ambiance Handle guest feedback with professionalism and discretion Act as the primary point of contact on shift, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Supervise front-of-house and café team members during shifts, ensuring roles are clearly executed Ensure service rituals, grooming standards, and guest interactions consistently align with brand guidelines Assist with onboarding and on-the-job coaching of new team members to ensure service standards are met Monitor stock levels during service and flag replenishment needs to the Café Manager What we are looking for? Strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of luxury service standards and customer engagement. Knowledge of specialty coffee, premium food offerings, and café operations preferred Ability to build healthy working relations with business executives, vendors, and peers.
