We’re looking for an experienced barista to step into the role of Café Supervisor at our Roastery + HQ location. You’ll lead the daily café operations and dive into hands-on roasting training, right where the magic happens!

• Lead daily café operations while bringing Pallet’s culture and mission to life.
• Educate customers about the coffee origins, tasting notes, and brew methods.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and baked goods following Pallet’s standard recipes.
• Handle cash, sales, and basic admin tasks.
• Keep the café environment clean and organized.
• Take part in roasting training and support the roastery team when needed.
