CAFÉ SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Supervisor to provide leadership to the Front Of House team in our Garden Room Eatery. This is a part time vacancy where the candidate has to be available both week days and weekends.
The ideal candidate must have experience in leading and motivating a team, have an eye for detail, and be a team player. The successful candidate must work effectively with other members of the wider organisation. This is a small team so a hand on approach is needed. The applicant must be able to keep calm under pressure and have good communicative skills and provide excellent customer service. Experience in a supervisory role with in a busy/fast paced environment is desirable but experience in a similar environment is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the running of the operations of our Garden Room Eatery inline with the manager
• Meeting and Greeting Customers
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to customers queries and Complaints.
• Communicate with guests and staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Liaise with the Chefs to ensure that food is prepared appropriately and delivered to the guests on time.
• Manage the FOH team and oversee all aspects of the FOH operation.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and appearance of the café at all times.
• adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Conduct Daily Cash up.
• Day-to-day stock management
• Manage staffing levels.
• Training and developing the FOH Team
• Responsible for opening up and closing down

Due to the rural location of the café, the drive is a must. Successful applicants will be invited to come in and do a working interview, for which they will be paid.

Pay: From £10.00 per hour
