We have several cafés in the museum serving an exciting wide range of cold and hot beverages, sandwiches snacks, hot food options and snacks. Rate: £13.50 per hour Shifts: 5 days out of 7 Contract: Full Time, Permanent About the Team Leader role: Seek to deliver a perfect food and drink service at all times. Train, support and develop FOH team to deliver consistently excellent results through key point of service. Measure team members performance and report back to the Team Leader. Provide leadership and direction to the team at all times. Ensure availability of product and staff to required levels. Have proficient knowledge of Health & Saftey / Food & Hygine standards Ensure correct ordering, stock control and production of food. Communicate effectively with other employees and management. Offer suggestions for improvement of existing processes. Actively participate and contribute towards achieving goals. Undertake ad hoc additional duties as instructed by management.
