We are currently recruiting for a Café Supervisor on a full time basis to join our team at The Tram Cafe.
The Café Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the café. The individual will be responsible for supervising café staff, maintaining quality standards, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the café.

THE CAFÉ SUPERVISOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR-

• Supervising and leading a team of café staff. Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing and supervising the daily operations of the Tram Café as outlined below, ensuring all tasks are carried out effectively:

• Supervisor experience is required.
