We’re looking for a Café Supervisor to work alongside our manager and help lead the team, especially on her days off.
This isn’t a top-down, clipboard-wielding kind of role. It’s for someone who’s hands-on, switched-on, and cares about the little things that make a place run smoothly and feel good to be in.

Experience:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supporting the café manager and stepping into her shoes when she’s not around
• Leading shifts with warmth and steadiness—keeping the vibe calm, kind, and customer-focused
• Making sure the space stays clean, stocked, and beautiful
• Being someone the team can rely on and talk to when they need help or guidance
• Helping with things like menu updates, keeping an eye on stock, and flagging anything that needs fixing or improving
