You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every touchpoint—from warmly greeting guests to attentively meeting their needs in a genuine and thoughtful way. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, consistently upholding our standards of excellence. In this role, you’ll also play a key part in promoting the café’s values, culture, and concept, while contributing to the smooth daily operations of the in-store café. Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is a plus - but not essential. What matters most is your passion for hospitality, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to creating great guest experiences. Qualifications Customer-focused: You enjoy engaging with people and are committed to delivering excellent service. Adaptable & flexible: Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests. Action-orientated: Proactive and driven to take initiative and get things done with quality. Good communication skills: You have a genuine interest in people, communicate clearly, and actively listen to understand their perspectives and needs. A genuine passion for food, beverages, and the ARKET brand, with a strong desire to share that enthusiasm and knowledge with customers. Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work evenings and weekends, and occasionally during weekdays (Monday-Friday) to support team needs. Additional Information This is a flexible part-time position with a contract of between 8-15 hours a week.
