JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our cafe, you will ensure that every guest has a delightful experience, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food service or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic math skills for accurate order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including dining and food preparation spaces.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
