We are recruiting for a Cafe Team Member to join our Paddenswick Tea Gardens Team in the beautiful Ravenscourt Park
The role requires working 2-4 days a week, during the week as well as weekends.

Roots & Berries is an independent family run group of unique cafés in beautiful locations. We run 8 cafés in some of London’s most treasured neighbourhood spaces, including The Rookery Café on magical Streatham Common and The Stables Café at the majestic Orleans House on Twickenham Riverside!

ABOUT YOU

Being a Team Member is about more than just making a decent coffee and preparing fresh food on site. We are looking for candidates who have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to go above and beyond for an outstanding customer experience.
We are looking for someone who can be fun and outgoing, has a good sense of humor and energy in their personality.
We know hospitality can be hard work, but it’s very rewarding!
As part of the Roots & Berries family, we always pull together with smiles on our faces. It is important for us to have a team who have a friendly nature, a can-do attitude, and an eye for detail.
Although experience in hospitality is desired, there is always room for us to commit to teaching you what you don’t know.
