About the Team Member Position Bean Sprouts is on the lookout for go-getters with food service or retail experience, amazing attitudes, and a passion for the Bean Sprouts culture and customer experience. We have part-time positions for weekends, holidays, and over school breaks - great opportunity for students! Team Member Responsibilities Greet guests enthusiastically and provide an exceptional guest experience Take orders, receive payments, and assist guests Prepare food and beverages Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area and front of house Any additional tasks needed to run the day-to-day café operations as assigned Requirements Enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service. Back of house/kitchen experience is a plus! Have a Food Handlers Permit. If you don't have one yet, we will help you get one. Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time with or without accommodation. Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required to meet position eligibility.
