Description **This Bean Sprouts Café is located inside the McWane Science Center** About Bean Sprouts Bean Sprouts Café is a women-owned, award-winning, hip & healthy café concept located inside family destinations such as children's museums, science centers and amusement parks. We are rapidly expanding, providing advancement opportunities and leadership growth - we love to promote from within! About the Position Bean Sprouts is on the lookout for go-getters with food service or retail experience, amazing attitudes, and a passion for the Bean Sprouts culture and customer experience. We have part-time positions available - weekdays and/or weekends - open to seasonal work over school breaks - great opportunity for students! Responsibilities Greet guests enthusiastically and provide an exceptional guest experience Take orders, receive payments, and assist guests Prepare food and beverages Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area and front of house Any additional tasks needed to run the day-to-day café operations as assigned Requirements Enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service. Back of house/kitchen experience is a plus! Have a Food Handlers Permit. If you don't have one yet, we will help you get one. Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time with or without accommodation. Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required to meet position eligibility. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include enthusiastically greeting guests, providing exceptional service, taking orders, processing payments, and preparing food and beverages. Team members must also maintain a clean and sanitized dining area and assist with daily café operations as needed.
