SALARY: £12.64 plus TRONC HOURS: Full Time ABOUT THE ROLE Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury cafés and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging Café Team Member to join our team. You’ll ideally have worked in a restaurant or café setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Café Team Member you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental. YOUR ROLE Breakfast and lunch operation (No evening work) Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential Management training and progression opportunities beyond cafe team leader Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a cafe team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service Come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality First-class communication skills PERKS & BENEFITS Discounts: We offer a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining experiences from day 1.
