We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Team Member to join our vibrant team. As a key part of our café, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting in food preparation and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The roles can range from taking a customers order to preparing it and taking it to their tables. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for culinary arts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

  • Support the team in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Carry out basic maths tasks for handling cash transactions and providing change to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the café environment.
