Our Bee Team Members are a key part to the success of creating a remarkable customer experience and making everyone feel loved, valued and known. In addition to the below description, we are looking for a shift lead with experience to help manage the day to day employees. Keeping them focused on carrying our expected culture daily, following proper health guidelines, and various other Swillerbees daily processes you would be trained on. With the potential to move into more of an assistant manager position over time to help with inventory and money handling.
