Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent guest service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area

  Skills

• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments
• Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is advantageous
• Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, especially with kitchen staff
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
