Hours 6:30am-1:30pm1.Prepare weekly orders for lunch program, including, but not limited to; paper goods, government order, fresh produce, milk, bread, snacks, ice cream and frozen foods.2.Prepare food for the days lunch, including but not limited to; slicing meats, preparing vegetables, putting oven goods onto trays, preparing sandwiches, preparing bread goods, etc.3.Set up cash drawers for lunches for the day.4.Count daily lunch money from register.5.Prepare any paperwork for the State and/or Federal reports.6.Clean up after lunch, making sure that the kitchen maintains the cleanliness required of the Board of Health.7.Prepare the menu for each month.8.Maintain a sense of changing rules and regulations in nutritional guidelines.9.Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Building Principal
