Full job description:
· Work directly with other cooks and answer to Head Cook and Food and Beverage Manager
· Prepare and portion food for Cafeteria and Bar
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
· Opening Cafe/kitchen in the morning
· Closing cafe/kitchen end of day
· Maintain a clean and organized work space
· Fast-paced environment
