Company Description Want to be part of a high level company? We are looking for a Cafeteria Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our company cafeteria. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Querétaro, working Monday through Friday. This role is fully accountable for ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality food service experience for employees, while managing staff, operations, and compliance with minimal day-to-day oversight from HR or leadership. Job Description What You’ll Do Lead and oversee daily cafeteria operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency. Manage and develop the cafeteria team, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight. Plan menus and ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met. Own operational controls such as inventory, waste, portioning, and cost management. Act as the main escalation point for operational issues and service improvements. Create a positive, respectful, and productive work environment. Coach and develop the Café Assistant Manager to ensure strong backup coverage. Qualifications Proven experience leading food service, cafeteria, or hospitality operations. Strong people management and leadership skills. Solid knowledge of food safety and local health regulations. High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability. Ability to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations calmly and effectively.
