The Role
We are currently recruiting for a CAFM Manager for our client, a reputable IT company that develops intelligent applications within the FM industry. The role will work on projects based in Jubail or Dammam with the following accountabilities: - Coordinate & Support Project Schedules, Activities and Documentation including Scope & Requirement Study, Process Analysis, System Study, Gap Analysis, Vendor Analysis, Hardware verification/installation, System Implementation, Testing, Verification, Coordinate Bugs & Fixes, UAT, Training Materials & sessions, Sign-offs and Completion Reports. - Develops, tracks, and maintains project plans and project deliverables and communicates on project milestones and progress. - Prioritizing tasks, developing project plans, reporting to senior managers, liaising with clients - Attend and assist in day to day support of system related concerns and queries - Ensure weekly and monthly Reports to Client, and Finance team go out on time. - Customer payments A/R, A/P, invoicing customers, and suppliers. - Supporting other CAFM projects.
