REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Reports Directly to: Cage Manager and Cage Supervisors Supervises Directly: N/A Other Important Contacts: Gaming Casino Manager, Non – Gaming Casino Manager, General Manager, Casino Department Managers, Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency, employees, guests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Promotes customer service as a priority. Complies with company and department policies and procedures and applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws and regulations while practicing positive customer and employee relations. Accurately and efficiently processes a wide variety of in-house monetary transactions. Accurately verify and transfer Soft Count Drop to Cage Main Bank. Prepare daily deposit after reconciling Cage Cash Summary. Provides accurate and timely documentation and reporting of department activities and status as requested. Maintains accountability for and security of all monies and keys within control. Maintains a professional and neat appearance of work area and of self and represents the company in a positive manner. May act in the capacity of a Cage Cashier. Maintains confidentiality of company and player information. Such other job related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management. Qualifications POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency License and Class III Washington State Gaming License. Must be at least 18 years of age. Sufficient experience, education and job knowledge to meet current business needs. Demonstrated successful Cage Cashier and Employee Bank Cashier experience. Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple tasks. Demonstrated positive customer service skills. Preferred: Previous casino experience.

Responsibilities

Provides Main Bank services by processing monetary transactions and reconciling the Cage Cash Summary. Ensures the security of all monies and keys while complying with Federal, State, and Tribal laws.
