PURPOSE To supervise shift operation of the Cage Departments while ensuring the protection of company assets. SUPERVISORY SCOPE Cage Cashiers Assistant Cage Supervisors ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise the Cage and Vault areas including training, counseling, and performance evaluations and provide work direction to frontline and supervisory staff. Maintain appropriate staffing levels according to business needs. Ensure that cashiers follow all written policies and procedures. Complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain up-to-date Cage and Vault written policies and procedures. Complete daily reports and ensure that they are forwarded to the appropriate departments in a timely manner. Oversee vault operations, including uninterrupted services of ATM and Ticket Redemption Machines, and ensure the appropriate amount of funds are on property to conduct business. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education and Experience: Two (2) years of Casino Cage experience within an equivalent-sized property. One (1) year of experience leading others in a supervisory or manager role preferred Three (3) years Snoqualmie Casino Cage, Main Bank/Vault experience preferred. PREFERRED Skills and Abilities: Proven computer skills, preferably with MS Excel and MS Word. Proven communication skills. Proven reliability. Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
Responsibilities
