We’re on the hunt for a kick-ass Store Sales Leader to spearhead our Cairns operations and take our Far North Queensland presence to the next level.
This role is all about leading a team that connects with travellers and helps them lock in epic adventures across Australia and New Zealand. Whether it’s a campervan trip along the East Coast, diving the Great Barrier Reef, or exploring the Daintree, you’ll be leading the charge in helping customers plan the trip of a lifetime – all from sunny Far North Queensland!
As our Store Sales Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our Cairns team – mentoring sales agents, building local partnerships, and ensuring every customer gets that exceptional Travello experience. You’ll lead sales growth, develop your team, and inspire both staff and customers to embrace the adventure.

STORE OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

  • Manage store presentation, ensuring it reflects our vibrant brand and adventure spirit
  • Oversee customer journey from initial enquiry through to post-trip follow-up
  • Handle complex bookings and escalated customer concerns with expertise
  • Ensure consistent delivery of our proven sales scripts and customer service standards

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SKILLS:

  • Exceptional face-to-face and phone sales abilities with confidence in consultative selling
  • Experience with live chat platforms, email marketing, and outbound call strategies
  • Strong business development acumen with proven ability to build local partnerships
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, booking platforms, and social media engagement
