Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through developing objectives and plans as well as monitoring plans’ implementation. Operate service operations by developing periodic reports and presentations as well as communicating team needs Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by developing performance development plan and following up required actions status Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by improving their performance through coaching and following up the various KPIs Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by developing their management skills and behavior through monitoring daily operations Manage and develop service operations by developing overall service performance and enhancing cross-functional relations Manage and develop service operations by enhancing customer satisfaction and response time and feedback accuracy Execute operations projects by initiating new projects and contributing in the running projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.) 2-5 years of related experience. Very good Spoken and written command of English language. Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
