• Warmly greet guests, accurately take their orders, and process payments at the cash register (cash, debit, credit).
• Use your knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions and recommend additional items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure fast and seamless service.
• Strictly adhere to Harvey’s standards for food safety and hygiene.
