JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented and creative Cake Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and cake decorating, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality, beautifully designed cakes. The Cake Chef will be responsible for creating a wide variety of cakes, including custom-designed cakes for special occasions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Cake Chef or similar role.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Exceptional cake decorating skills, including fondant and sugar craft.
  • Strong creativity and artistic skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Design, bake, and decorate cakes for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.
  • Develop new cake recipes and continuously improve existing ones.
  • Ensure consistency and high quality in all baked goods.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create custom cake designs.
