A day in the life of a Bakery Clerk
You are an essential part of the Bakery team, working with our experienced Bakery staff to provide the highest quality products. The sweet aromas of our own fresh-baked breads, pastries, cookies, and muffins make our Bakery a must-stop place for customers. It’s a fun baking opportunity and a creative one, too. JOB DESCRIPTION

· Upholds and complies with company procedures, standards and policies in all situations
· Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner
· Demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with Company’s programs
· Performs oven and proofer duties
· Prepares a variety of bakery products in accordance with Company recipes and high standards in order to produce a superior quality product that satisfies customers’ expectations.
· Receive and put away product orders
· Cleaning and sanitizing of bakery equipment
· Receiving and rotating of baked product
· Filling Bakery showcases
· Icing, finishing, personalizing and decorating specialty bakery product.
Cleaning of customer facing and non-customer facing locations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

· Ability to learn quickly
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Possess strong customer service qualities
· Works in a safe and responsible manner
· Available to work flexible hours
· Evening and weekend availability is required
