REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in cake decoration and baking (fondant, buttercream, sculpted, etc.)
• Ability to create custom and themed cakes for birthdays, events, and café specials
• Strong artistic eye and attention to detail
• Knowledge of desserts and pastries is a plus
• Able to manage time and work independently
• Immediate availability preferred

• Design, bake, and decorate cakes for café display and customer orders
• Create eye-catching cakes that align with the café’s brand and seasonal promotions
• Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and visual presentation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to support dessert and pastry production
• Manage ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and inventory
• Keep work area clean and comply with hygiene and food safety standards
• Stay current with cake trends and decoration techniques
• Occasionally assist with café events and promotions through themed cake displays
