Key Responsibilities: - Decorate cakes and baked goods according to customer specifications and company standards - Assist customers in the deli department by providing friendly and efficient service - Prepare and package deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and prepared foods - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake decorating area and deli section - Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to at all times - Restock and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in cake decorating and deli food preparation preferred, but we will train - Strong artistic skills and attention to detail in cake decoration - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory - Must be willing to work until 6 or 7 PM as needed Join our team and be part of a vibrant workplace that values creativity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
