We’re looking for an experienced and talented cake decorator to join our creative and team. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking and decorating, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a cake decorator in a bakery or commercial setting.
• Proficiency in common icing and piping techniques.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and replicate designs consistently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Formal culinary or pastry training is a plus but not required.
• Portfolio or photos of previous cake decorating work.

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods using a variety of techniques, including piping, basic knife skills, etc.
• Create custom cakes based on customer specifications, seasonal designs, or store themes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the baking team to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Stay current with cake decorating trends and techniques to continually improve and innovate.
• Manage multiple orders at once while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
