We are seeking a talented and creative Cake Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and decorating, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning cakes that meet customer specifications while ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in cake decorating or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on cake decorating techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their cake orders.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with kitchen tools, including knives and other decorating equipment.

• Design and decorate cakes for various occasions, including birthdays, weddings, and corporate events.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their vision and preferences for cake designs.
• Utilize various decorating techniques such as piping, fondant work, and airbrushing to create intricate designs.
• Ensure all cakes are prepared in accordance with food safety and handling guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the kitchen.
• Assist in packaging finished products for delivery or display.
• Support catering operations by preparing additional baked goods as needed.
