Position Summary: Responsible for icing cakes, specialty orders and cakes for the house and the icing of specialty cupcakes. Train all new cake icers and retrain existing cake icers on new or seasonal product. Uphold the core values of the organization and its mission while consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards.
