• Prepare and bake cake bases, ensuring consistency in flavor and texture.
• Utilize various decorating techniques, including piping, fondant application, and airbrushing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for custom cake designs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary.
• Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to clients.
